ReWise Consultancy, in a joint activity with Saman Bank, took a valuable step to revise user experience in electronic banking, via designing and implementing a Formative UX Research.
ReWise, as a young but experienced energetic Business Development Consultancy with focus on Market Research, conducted a study to empower mobile banking applications.
This study aimed to provide a more pleasant experience for users of mobile banking applications, based on the local indicators.
Findings of the research resulted in evaluating and improving the users experience of Saman Bank mobile application. This together with Saman Bank call center and in-branch support for installing and activating the application, raised usage rate and customer satisfaction.
The conducted UX Research is mainly based on observation (and qualitative insights in some parts), involves improving users’ experience before/ during/ after using a product/ service, before a product is fully developed.
